Before you a management on fastening of front panels on low buildings. Attentively read it before beginning works on installation. For installation one assistant is required to you at least, and it is ideal, if it there would be a trained carpenter or the mason.

Panel PLITKER represents the reinforced composit panel which consists of two parts:

    * a finishing layer;
    * a heater layer.

The finishing layer is made from klinkern tiles, seams are filled by a solution which is made of cement and a polymeric substance. The finishing layer does the panel steady against climatic influences and gives it mechanical durability. To facilitate panel installation, under a finishing layer metal assembly washers are fixed.

The heater layer consists from penopoliuretan with a reinforcing glass-fiber grid. Used in quality  expanded polystyrene gives designs ease and keeps isolation properties. Connection of panels guarantees moisture resistance and wind proof coverings.

Front panels PLITKER consist from klinkers tiles (drawing «under a brick») the size 240x75x10 mm. The size of standard panels: length of 1020 mm, height of 690 mm and a thickness 65мм.

At installation of panels it is necessary to leave spare 1–2 mm at length as hardly probable it will be possible to press panels absolutely closely. Therefore the settlement length of the module of the panel makes 1020 mm (the skeleton step, hence, makes half from it, that is 510 mm), height – 690 mm, "the stone" module according to 252,8 mm and 81,6 mm.

Front panels can be established both on metal, and on a wooden skeleton. woodmaterial for a skeleton in cross-section section should not exceed 50х50 mm to avoid twisting of wood which should be in turn processed means for wood protection.


On a metal skeleton of the panel fasten by means of the special clips providing latent fastening (clips can be chosen zinced or corrosion-proof, depending on fixture conditions). At installation of panels on a wooden skeleton it is possible to use also screws with a flat hat in diameter not less than 12 mm or not less than 70-millimetric wooden screws with washers which are twisted in  connection with thorn edge  at an angle in 45 Through the panel in a skeleton rack (it is similar to how boards of floors with full  connection fasten). Skeleton racks are easy for fixing on a wall by means of corresponding metal corners, the step of corners thus should not exceed 750 mm.

Approaching for fixture of panels the skeleton step can be provided in advance at project map a new frame building.

Prior to the beginning  installation  of  materials all concrete and internal plaster works should be finished and building humidity from a design is dried up, also it is necessary to check up effective temperaturno - damp functioning chosen walled designs.

 

Tools and materials for works on fixture of panels:

    * the puncher
    * a circular stone-cutting saw
    * a working knife
    * a board
    * a metal hammer
    * penopoliuretan
    * neutral silicone squelches, screws, washers or assembly glue with a pistol
    * Electro screwdriver
    * a cord
    * level
    * the tool for cuting seams (short and long)
    * a starting profile

Also, except panels, pasted tiles and a seam a solution be required to you delivered with them in the complete set. For facing of corners of buildings the big angular sections (690х1020х65 mm), for lateral and top facing of apertures – small angular sections (240/240x570 mm) are used. Angular sections are both the right - and link sided, them establish the friend over the friend alternately and fix on frame racks according to the instruction.

1. A skeleton construction

1.1. The skeleton construction should be begun with external corners of a building. Establish by means of metal corners angular racks of a wooden or metal skeleton vertically on distance of a thickness of a planned layer of an additional thermal protection (?) from an available wall on building corners as it is possible further from an available joint of a corner of a building.

1.2. Similarly establish angular frame racks on all external corners of a building. In internal corners of a building establish vertically skeleton racks on distance (?) of a thickness of a heat-insulation layer from a wall. Place them as it is possible is more close to each other, but do not join.

Before definitively to fix skeleton racks in internal corners, place behind them an additional heat-insulation layer – later it will be very difficult for making.

1.3. For vertical and horizontal installation of frame racks fixed further pull разметочный a cord, having connected extreme frame racks on an external surface of a skeleton above and in the bottom of a wall.

1.4. Check up, whether there is between a wall and with a cord in all points of a wall a space, sufficient for installation of a skeleton and placing of an additional heat-insulation layer. If necessary remove angular racks of a skeleton from a wall a little more.

1.5. Following racks of a skeleton place vertically so that the distance from a point of intersection of mental direct extension pieces разметочных cords of lateral walls to an axis of the second rack of a skeleton made 195 mm. The third frame rack arrange on distance of 632 mm from previous (distance from an axis of a rack to a rack axis).

1.6. Now, for fastening of lateral details of an aperture, establish vertical racks of a skeleton on a wall from both parties of an aperture on distance at least 50 mm from an opening shutter of an aperture, then similarly arrange over an aperture on a wall the top horizontal element of a skeleton.Do not forget that the thickness of the panel on the parties and over an aperture makes 80мм and for its installation it is necessary to leave not less than 85 mm of free space

1.7. Place vertical frame lateral racks on the parties of an aperture and the top element over an aperture in a plane set  by a cord, on distance (?) of a thickness of a layer of a heater from a wall.

1.8. The subsequent vertical frame racks establish in a plane set by a cord so that the rack axis has defended from edge established before a lateral rack of an aperture on distance of 195 mm. In the same way establish the second horizontal frame element over an aperture. Repeat the specified steps on each aperture.

1.9. Installation of ordinary racks of a skeleton, as well as later fixture of front panels, begin from the left corner of a wall. Arrange vertical racks of a skeleton in a plane set  by a cord, with step of a skeleton of 632 mm (distance from an axis of a rack to a rack axis), interrupting racks in places of apertures.

1.10. Measure distance from last ordinary rack to established before the third rack from the right corner (or the third from a corner of an aperture of a rack). If it makes less than 240 mm, and also if in drawing «under a brick» walls can arise deviations (short pieces of tiles), during installation works it is necessary to saw not only last standard panel, but also to truncate penultimate, shifting accordingly last ordinary racks of a skeleton to the left so that laying drawing was not broken.

1.11. In the same way establish ordinary racks of a skeleton on all walls. So, the skeleton for installation of front panels is ready. Prior to the beginning of installation of front panels if necessary make installation of an additional layer of a heater

Between plates of an additional heater it is necessary to fill seams or hermetically to close, also is necessary to fill possible cracks between a heater and skeleton racks.

2. A height marking on building corners

2.1. On an angular frame rack note height of a bottom edge of the first row of panels. Then measure and designate a point located above first on 50 mm. So you receive level of height of an upper edge of a back part of a starting profile. 3.10. If necessary, having reached the following angular section, operate as. Installation of a starting profile and angular sections, installation of the first row of panels and crosspieces – the most important stages of all process of installation. Special attentiveness at this stage allows to avoid problems at following stages. If you carry out for the first time installation works, we recommend to begin with the part of a building most latent from extraneous eyes.4. Installation of following numbers of panels

4.1. For hermetic sealing of horizontal connecting seams of panels put thin silicone «колбаску» on external edge шпунтового connections in the top part of the established panel.

4.2. At first establish the big angular section of the first corner this time directed to an opposite side, comparing to a direction of section of the bottom number. Then fix standard panels and sections of corners. To avoid coincidence of four corners of insulating panels, standard panels are mounted внахлест: each following number moves on half of length of the panel in comparison with the previous.

If necessary establish drain laths (external window sills) before installation of lateral details of a window aperture. Constantly watch horizontal position and vertical position of panel numbers. Rigid, them it is impossible to bend, stretch or squeeze panels PLITKER.
